Well, it took a while, but we are finally moving past the year of 2008. Many things will be remembered in the History of 2008. The crashing of Wall Street, the sub prime mess that spread to affect most everyone.

I don't think we have to look very far to find the effects of 2008. Detroit is trying to crash now, and God knows how many banks are on the brink. BUt, we have to look at the big picture.

The big picture is that the country just got to far into paper debt, and built a house of cards too quickly to maintain its own weight. A crash was inevitable. The cycle will have to be endured, and many innocents will be hurt during the  process, just as many made fortunes during the run up.

It leads me to what is left, which is the lowest pricing in recent memory of housing, and those with cash should get in line to take advantage of the deals. I know there will be some who read this and call me a vulture, but dealing in distressed assets has been a way of life for many here in this United States. Someone is going to come in and do well. Might as well be some one you know. Like You.

There is a big business now in Non Performing Notes. I won't go into the details here, but there is a huge opportunity for cash investors to make long term returns on these products. My call is to the local investors accross the country to reach out to me and lets talk. We can set up an exit strategy that will keep you busy and making decent returns for years.
